    The foods we were offered in our school cafeterias may have not been up to current ideals, but it was a far cry better than what a lot of schools are getting away with today. For one, I never saw pizza served for lunch in any of my schools.

    There have been some studies showing that you can make good, nutritious lunches that the kids will actually eat for the same cost as what they pay now. And it won’t get thrown out.
