If there’s one thing everybody has in common, it’s getting older. From newborn babies to baby boomers, there’s no escaping it. “Gray Matters” is skewed to that vast generation of boomers. But since getting older means adapting to changing circumstances, lots of readers, old and young alike, can relate to and laugh along with our characters. Don’t let the name of the strip throw you. The cast of “Gray Matters” is anything but colorless as they struggle to keep up with the rapid changes in society, culture, technology, the workplace, their families and, of course, their bodies.

I don’t have cable, so fortunately can’t watch it.
UNfortunately I still know about it.

We have no TV reception at all. Best investment I never made.

As Gallagher said: “There’s a control of some Televisions marked ‘Brightness’, but it doesn’t seem to work!”
I’m in the same situation as 282, NO television reception out here in the woods in southern Kentucky. I could get satellite if I wanted, but I don’t want, need, desire, or even miss it!
I hear about these inane shows like Honey Boo-Boo, and The Kardashians, and I am SO thankful that I have at least enough basic intelligence left to realize that they are nothing but brain-rotting mush, for people with the I.Q. of a kumquat!
If I want to watch a television show, I get the DVD collection, and watch what I want, when I want.
Yes, I have a T.V. but it’s only hooked to my DVD Player, and my VCR, so I control the content. Give me a good classic movie any day!

Honey Boo Boo is not worth watching on tv. What a rip off she is. Correct when said we have not perfected smart tv.

There was an article on Yahoo news today about HBB’s mom and how she’s just a normal person. This was supposed to change the minds of HBB haters. Didn’t work. I don’t even watch the commercials for this mindless show about a spoiled brat.

Depends on what channel you are on. Plenty of them with brighter shows on. It is up to you to find them.
