With the current push to legalize pot, dime stores could have a whole new lease on life. And I know I’m showing my age by suggesting that you could get any worthwhile amount of said product with a dime bag.

Loved Ben Franklins as a kid some 55 years ago. Even when it was no longer a 5 & 10 cent store, you could find just about any thing you wanted. Ours closed down about 5 years ago. An end of an era. (SAD FACE)

We still have a Ben Franklins. But how about Kresge’s, or did that morph into K-Mart?

    We had a Harper’s and also a Cassell’s 5 & 10 cent store in Walhalla, S C when I was a kid.
