Maybe Aunt Olga never received a nice thank you card for last year’s gift. We quit sending money when the endorsement read “GRANDSON’S NAMETHANKS GUYS!

Maybe Grandma tried to “reap a financial bonanza by investing it in one of those plans she heard advertised on the radio?”

My mother used to take the money Grandma and Grandpa sent in a Christmas card. If I needed money for food and clothes I had to get out there and work. It was good for me.
