Be careful what you wish for, you may get what you want.

Kids, pizza and spaghetti have most of the same ingredients.
Spaghetti doesn’t have mozzarella cheese, that’s all.

    1. Not unless you bake it.
    2. Does it look like Grand is trying to say something there in the last panel?

I’m always looking for new meal ideas. Lately, I’ve been stealing all my meal ideas from my mom: She made Rice-a-Roni with turkey, I made Rice-a-Roni with turkey; she made chili, I made chili-like dish; she made cake, I made cake!

What is the line supposed to be between Gran and the kids in the first and last panels?

I concur—it looks like Gran has a rejoinder in panel 3 that got dropped. Probably making the point that spaghetti and pizza are the same food in different shapes.

whmIII: Do you freeze it first? Mozzarella is too soft to grate under normal conditions. Incidentally, real mozzarella is made from water buffalo, not cow, milk. They were introduced, along with paddy rice farming, in the swamps around Naples.

Who could POSSIBLY get tired of REAL homemade spaghetti? And Clark Kent you must not be Italian! We use Mozzarella all the time!
