    So Obama is going to subsidize Putin’s health insurance on US taxpayer dollars…. That’s about his speed…. Do something stupid then double down on it to show it wasn’t stupid enough when he first did it.

    I gotta say that though I disagree with the point of this cartoon McCoy really has the caricature thing down.

    With Obama it is so hard to tell where reality ends and surreality begins because so much of what he does defies common sense, intellect, and reality…

    So what is the point here? I thought that what conservatives hated about Obamacare was that it was hard to sign up for it. Do they really think it’s bad to have health insurance?

    Actually addressing the ‘toon, let’s just nuke ’em till they glow, or use this propaganda “Putin is evil” , to put a few trillion more dollars in the pockets of the Military Industrial Complex. This is just a continuation, and intensification of the Sochi paranoia pushed by the right-wing media and TEA gulpers in Congress.

    He’s probably getting it free. I mean, why not? The DNC gets plenty of campaign contributions from communist countries and their allies, so why not give them something in return?

    Not really. Corporations actually do something good sometimes. Unlike the other that only kills and robs people.

    Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is outrageous and completely violates the norms of international relations.
    The first United States occupation of the Dominican Republic occurred from 1916 to 1924.
    The second United States occupation of the Dominican Republic began when the United States Marine Corps entered Santo Domingo on April 28, 1965 in the Dominican Civil War. They were later joined, beginning the following day, by most of the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Division and its parent XVIIIth Airborne Corps. It was called “Operation Power Pack.”
    The intervention ended in September 1966 when the 1st Brigade of the 82nd Airborne, the last remaining American unit in the country, was withdrawn.
    The United States Invasion of Panama, code-named Operation Just Cause, was the invasion of Panama by the United States in December 1989. It occurred during the administration of U.S. President George H. W. Bush, and ten years after the Torrijos–Carter Treaties were ratified to transfer control of the Panama Canal from the United States to Panama by 1 January 2000.
    During the invasion, de facto Panamanian leader, general, and dictator Manuel Noriega was deposed, president-elect Guillermo Endara sworn into office, and the Panamanian Defense Force dissolved.
    Operation Urgent Fury was a 1983 United States-led invasion of Grenada, a Caribbean island nation with a population of about 91,000 located 100 miles (160 km) north of Venezuela, that resulted in a U.S. victory within a matter of weeks.
    The Republic of Nicaragua v. The United States of America1 was a 1984 case of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in which the ICJ ruled in favor of Nicaragua and against the United States and awarded reparations to Nicaragua. The ICJ held that the U.S. had violated international law by supporting the Contras in their rebellion against the Nicaraguan government and by mining Nicaragua’s harbors.
    The 1954 Guatemalan coup d’état (18–27 June 1954) was the CIA covert operation that deposed President Jacobo Árbenz Guzmán (1950–54), with a paramilitary invasion by an anti–Communist army of liberation, titled Operation PBSUCCESS.

    I left out a lot. Chile, Brazil, and of course Cuba, Cuba, Cuba. And all the filibustering in the 19th century. And the foundation of Panama. None of this excuses the Russian invasion, but context counts.

    @Kris Jackson

    With more people viewing the ACA unfavorably than favorably, the cartoon is actually quite clever.

    Once again the one trick pony cartoonist is being a stooge for the one percent who own the health care industry with a really stupid cartoon.
