It’s a good thing the Farm Bill containing subsidies for agribusinesses demanded by the so called conservatives in the tea party didn’t add to the deficit.

Oh wait, it DID add to the deficit. Oh well It’s Okay If A Republican Does It.

The most expensive war in history, fought to find weapons of mass destruction that didn’t exist? No problem. The second-most expensive war in history, fought at the same time, to catch a guy who was in another country? No problem. Me getting Social Security and Medicare? Now that’s an unjustifiable expense!

Last month they called him weak, now this. What is it, right-wingers? Can’t make up your mind?

You guys are missing the point. The Republicans, though caving on an issue important to conservatives, don’t want to give the Democrats a foil to use against them in the mid-term elections. It’s not an issue any longer, so they can target the PPACA, true unemployment/jobs, etc. This was a tactical decision.

Yep, but it’s a gamble because there are a bunch of us that are fed up with the open checkbook policy using our money.

Spending is always higher under Republican administrations, and deficits are too. Fail.

When the truth doesn’t make your point, use that other stuff.
