Jobs sure created a lot of jobs in Foxconn- where conditions were so bad that eighteen workers attempted suicide in less than a year (and fourteen were successful), and a report compiled by twenty Chinese universities called the place a “labor camp”.
But I suppose you believe that’s just the sort of thing we need here to be “competitive”? “Hey, it’s so horrible you’ll want to die… but it’s a job!”

    Good toon Glenn.
Sad, but true. After 5 years, we still haven’t seen any improvement in the job market.

Guy with a camera interviews a bunch of people & asks them which Presidential candidate has a pregnant teenage daughter. That’s certainly proof that somebody is stupid alright.

I’ll leave you to decide if you have the courage to Google for “Republicans are stupid” videos. There are a bunch & they’re pretty stupid, too. I would like you to tell me what the Republicans in Congress have done to create jobs.

“I wonder how many he “saved or created” He sure did a better job then Obama has done. "

Apple has about 50,000 employees in the U.S. Apple claims there are another 250,000 jobs supported by their operations & another 300,000 iPhone developers.

Putting aside the notion that Apple may be counting people who also are supported by other companies (they counted people who built delivery vehicles for UPS & FedEx), many of those jobs are not newly created. I’ll be generous & say Apple created all but 60,000 of those jobs as a result of the iPhone/iPad success. That means since 2007, Apple created 540,000 jobs. That’s about 90,000 jobs per year.

The low end estimate of jobs created by Obama’s stimulus bill is 1.4 million.

Yep, young women working sixteen hours a day in prison-like dorms in China. What Romney admired as the way to do manufacturing in the modern world in his “47%” speech. How are those jobs bills coming along, Boehner? Still don’t have one?
