In criminal court the government has to prove you’re guilty. With the IRS you have to prove you’re innocent.

The tax code is about the size of the late Encyclopedia Britannica, maybe bigger. Maybe much bigger. The entire code, except for a few pages is a political favor to someone.
    -
If loopholes were closed, income tax rates could be dramatically lowered, not to mention made fair.
    -
Of course, that would mean that Congress would need to govern, rather than exchange payoffs tax advantages for bribes campaign contributions.

I worked for IRS for a short while in an office that was forcing ITT to pay its taxes. That was back in the day when corporations paid taxes.

He wants to do duplicity, maybe the kid should pursue a career in the NRA.
    -
“The FBI reports that in 2010, a year in which there were 12,996 murder victims, there were just 665 justifiable homocides.
    -
    665.
    -
    That’s ALL the justifiable homocides.
    -
    Police killed 387.
    -
    Ordinary citizens killed 278.
    -
The NRA is lying. The NRA may or may not be intentionally lying, but if it doesn’t know it’s lying then that reflects as badly on them professionally as just making up numbers.”

And how many times was Nobody killed because the mere sight of a gun(held by a citizen or cop) deterred the criminal?

That’s right, you have no idea.

That’s because you can’t report a crime that didn’t happen. But, the anti-firearm groups can’t be bothered with that logic. Besides, wmconelly is just trolling; his comment has nothing to do with this toon.

The point is that the IRS apparently has the authority to read your emails and you can’t say no. So much for the 4th Amendment.

Americans are currently paying the lowest taxes since WW2 and look what you get for your money: an average life expectancy that is the lowest in the OECD tied with Bosnia’s, an infant mortality rate tied with Slovenia’s, around 33rd in the world, PISA scores that rank around 23rd in the world.
Mr. McCoy is pandering to lowest common denominator Republican have more one percenter sensibilities again here.
