As usual, wild over-the-top criticisms of Obama with NEVER any specifics of how or where he is violating the Constitution. Obviously, McCoy’s purpose is to provide more heat than light on the issue.

Background checks are supported by over 70 % of NRA members, but now, not Wayne. Most gun owners see no problem in limiting access to “military grade” weapons and ammunition capacity for civilian use.
In the “Heller” decision, even old “Justice Right-wing Scalia” stated clearly that the right to keep and bear arms requires that second component the DUTY of the government to “well-reuglate” those weapons, like limiting access to mentally defective people: Like Wayne La PIerre and his followers on the fringe of gun “owners”.
Per “Heller”, not one of the 23 RECOMMENDATIONS the President has made in any way attack the Constitution, as Scalia and his “wing” of the court will confirm based on that same Heller decision.

The original story is that Obama says the rural view of guns is differnt from city dwellers view. “If you grew up and your dad gave you a hunting rifle when you were 10, and you went out and spent the day with him and uncles, and that became part of your family’s traditions, you can see why you’d be pretty protective of that,” he said.
You want specifics? You want charges and specifications? OK.
Violation of the first ammendment, in that he did requires religious institutions to pay for proceedures that they consider fundamental violations of their religious beliefs and prohibiting the free exercise there or. These procedures are considered to be MURDER by those that are being required to pay for them.
Violation of the second ammendment, in that the president has proposed legislation that would restrict the ability of americans to keep and bear arms. This is in clear violation of “the right of the people to keep and bear arms.”
Violation of Article 2 section 2 of the constitution of the US in that he did make recess appointments to the NLRB when the senate was not in recess.
Violation of the 10th ammendment in that he has enacted legislation, namely the afordable care act, that violates the provisions of the tenth ammendment that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
Violation of the 10th ammendment, and article 1 section 9 in that he has appointed “tsars” which are titles of nobility, and that those officers have not been approved by the senate for their postions as required.
I could go on further, but I think you see the point. Or perhaps your blatant endorsment of his fascist and racist policies blind you to reality.
Clinton signed the law limiting SS protection for 10 years. Obama signed the law giving it back for life..not only for himself but his wife too. We the taxpayers will foot this bill. 10 years is long enough for SS protection.
