The truth hurts, Obam-apologists. Maybe not as much as jumping on a bicycle without a seat, but it hurts.

I knew that this soundbite would get him into trouble the moment i heard it. But – as usual – it’s taken out of context. Here is how he went on: “But to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see in the images of Jesus Christ that are desecrated or churches that are destroyed, or the Holocaust that is denied.”. And that last point was pointed squarely at the guy standing next to the podium in this cartoon…

Isn’t there some standard…a modicum of truth…that must be contained in an editorial cartoon? Or have we descended to the level of political ads?

Deception by omission is just as dishonest as a blatant lie.

Maybe when Christians and Jews stop slamming Islam, things might indeed “calm down”? How many wars have been STARTED by Buddhists based on their religion? Aggression is NOT the sole calling card of Islam, folks. In fact, if ALL Muslims, 1.5 Billion plus, were so warlike and crazy, things would be a lot worse.

Religion IS the PCP of humanity, NOT the opiate. IF it was an opiate, everybody would be too stoned to fight.

i repeat, a modicum of truth. You’re response is “other do it too”. I deny that (for the most part), but assuming it were true, how does that excuse it?

Maybe Christians and Jews would stop “slamming” Islam, (by holding the Islamic Jihadists accountable) if and when the persecutions and tortures and killings of innocent families, pastors and church members….and the bombings and burnings and (as in Sudan and elsewhere) kidnapping and enslaving of children of Christians…if and when Islamics stop all that. And if and when the Islamics in Palestine (Hamas & Hizbollah) STOP firing rockets on homes and blowing up school busses loaded with Jewish children, maybe "things might calm down, trout!
