So what? Make it “single payer”, NOT operated by “FOR PROFIT” corporations, but by non-profits, where you STILL have your private doctor of choice, and you save hugely, AND have better care. But, that’s not “conservative”. (Which, what IS that word supposed to mean any more?)

Yeah, but “single payer” is Socialized Medicine.
    And Socialized Medicine is EEEEEVVVVVIIIILLLLL!!!!!!!
But don’t you DARE touch my Medicare. I’m entitled to that.

Yo! cons! Would removing the age restriction on Medicare work for you. Should be a simple bill for you to understand, I bet it would take a few sentences (no heavy reading).

I laugh at how you keep arguing over the length of a bill passed that long ago.Even the slowest readers (including the two clucks from Georgia) have had time to finish it.

    And this has worked WHERE????
Both Canada and England ration care and restrict access to doctors. Why if you get old and go into the hospital they just stop feeding you or giving you water-which kills you even quicker and with more pain. Of course if you are rich in those countries you can go to private hospitals and get world class care, or come to the US.

Ok I fail to see how this would cure anything, or its relivance to the argument at hand? Clearly you have had this conversation going on in your head and just shared this part with the rest of us poor ignorant beknighted souls.

The freeloaders and parasites who haven’t paid a dime for health care won’t be paying anything now either. Taxes are going to skyrocket. How are you going to fine a slob 5K when he “couldn’t” pay for health care in the first place?

Well done, McCoy. And they accuse President Romney of flip-flopping…

It would be no surprise to discover certain chicago thugs threatened to kill Roberts’ entire family. After all, a trillion-dollar dictatorship is at stake.

Let’s count how many conservative cartoons have all started screaming, “It’s a tax, it’s a tax!”

All of them? The memo has been delivered and understood.

It works everywhere they have it, Germany, France, Sweden, etc. All those first world countries Republicans tell their dimwitted voters are terrible. So can you go to the doctor for a major procedure without getting permission from your for profit insurance company you know they only want the best for you. And can you fly to your best doctor? Typical Republican BS as usual.

I heard homeless people were getting jobs to pay the mandatory tax on their free healthcare.

Seriously, you don’t really believe that?

Your observation would carry more weight if there wasn’t an endless parade of flights from socialist countries of their political leaders, coming to America for that terrible private health care.
