It would not surprise me if NYC made it illegal to pass gas in your own home when you drop a ‘deuce’ because the methane gas released causes Global Warming

No Osama, no attack on us and we would not be in the Middle East today. So in New York, a woman can decide to abort a fetus because it’s female, but can’t be trusted to decide the size of her soft drink? McCoy is right – this is an assault on liberty, which makes it a much larger issue than simply soft drinks.
No, I’m pretty certain our concept of freedom is to allow us to make our own decisions. The reason we have certain laws that restrict what we can and cannot do (and its corresponding punishment) is in direct corellation to the potential adverse impact on other people. Buying a large soda is not going to impact other people, thus it is retarded to outlaw it. I’m all for protecting people from other people’s decisions, but this goes WAY too far.
But we wind up palying the tab for your hospital bills. And we know that can’t be ok the way you holler about having to pay for illegals who get hurt working for less than minimum wage.
