Eh, anyone who cares about gay marriage is dumb, what does it matter if two people want to get married, does it really affect anyone else? I am a firm Christian and think it is a sin but why do I care if someone who isn’t me does it, it’s not like Jews care when I eat cheeseburgers.
When I was looking for a job many years ago, I was offered an interview (but no accommodations) and was put up by a gay couple from my home town. They were committed to each other, and, had their parents not coerced them into putting me up, I would never have known they were gay. Since they were committed to each other, neither hit on me.
I am convinced that they should have been allowed to get married (but, even had it been legal, they might not have done so because of their parents). But they should still have had the option.
Strict Judaism, such as the Hassidic tradition, does not allow mixing meat and dairy products due to a passage in I believe Leviticus (I’m in probably the only hotel room without a bible) about not boiling a calf in the milk of it’s mother.
It’s a shame McCoy is a right wing homophobe – I like his other cartoon. I did have to STOP paying to look at them though when I found out about his affliction.
Glenn McCoy has been long recognized by his peers as a superior cartoonist. Besides his editorial cartoons, he also creates the daily comic strips The Duplex and The Flying McCoys.

Look at Massachusetts. Gay marriage has been legal for 8 years, and the state hasn’t been swallowed up yet. No “divine vengence”. Nothing.
