Second McCoy toon in a row that I like. Element of truth is irrefutable.

    Yep. Brutally honest.

All the so-called “races” (there’s really just one race of humans, too bad the Darwinists can’t accept that) share the same fallen nature.

    The same SIN nature.

There’s been a cure for it for a little over 2,000 years now, but most people don’t want to be cured…

Scott: there is no such thing as a “Darwinist” and no scientist who accepts evolution claims that humans come in different “races.”
Your criticizing non-existent ideas simply demonstrates your complete and total ignorance.

In the early days of evolutionary thought, it was believed that different races were different branches of evolution. Races were even considered subspecies. But this is no longer the prevailing theory (not even close). I don’t think I’d claim that no scientist who accepts evolution makes this claim, but certainly they’d be in a very small minority.

DrCanuck, do you really elevate the level of discussion by calling scottfreitas “Snott?” You point out where he shows ignorance, but you’re showing your utter childishness.

    Great toon, McCoy!

I’ve been waiting for someone to point out the similarities between Al Sharpton and Nazis and the KKK. Well played, sir. I mean, they all wear suits of some kind and have strong opinions on things concerning race so it all makes sense. Hooray!

What’s so great about this cartoon?

The Klan, Al Sharpton, Rodney King, skin-heads, inside job 9/11, LA riot, neo-Nazis and Louis Farrakhan depict racial tension well enough.

‘… there really isn’t a lot of difference between blacks and whites.’ Yes, that’s a nice sentiment, but …

    ‘Maybe that’s the problem.’

    WHY IS THAT A PROBLEM?

This summer has shown that “No one believes X” is inevitably false, because large numbers of people apparently believe the most ridiculous inanities, just because someone on the radio tells them to.

There isn’t a lot of difference – all races have people who cause problems, commit acts of violence, espouse hate. Evil is universal. THAT’S the problem.

I don’t know that evil is nearly as universal as stupidity, arrogance, and greed(meaning anything I want, I take). Hmm, Mongoloid, Negro, Caucasion- not “races”? The key is that Homo sapien is ONE SPECIES. We interbreed successfully, well, except for a lack of intellect across the board being possible.

We, as a species, take our greatest pride in big brains, would only that we could all use them.

I think the problem is education. No one is born a racist. One is groomed to be one. If you have bigoted parents only by virtue of chance will someone be able to break that mold (for example having a best friend of another race or love interest of another race).

But really that is wishful thinking. The reality is that people have bad experiences or are taught to hate so with it comes the mantras that are counter productive. Think of some of the arguements for health care (free healthcare for illegal immigrants for example). I believe that those people that have a problem with it truly have a problem with “brown people”.

The French, Germans, and English insure everyone regardless of where they come from. How many people who have gone overseas and have had something happen to them get treated and released without a single medical bill to their name in these countries? Maybe for pills but not for treatments.

In all I just think that if people were taught to respect one another we’d actually achieve peace and laws like affirmative action would not be necessary.

But of course there are those who would object and call this socialist or some form of evil in order to continue their inner rage so this might fall on def ears.

Hey all you racist out there bleeep Ya!

What can I say? What a great original thought to bring to this “discussion”.

    Good job!

Hmmm…if a chihuahua and a saint-Bernard are both dogs, I guess we can say black and white humans are all humans… too bad you humans figured it out looong after us pooches.

Scotty, before you talk about evolution, be sure you know what you are talking about, huh?
