Like all conservatives, McCoy is absolutely oblivious to what went on during the Bush years.

Otherwise he would no longer be a conservative.

Since when is taking personal responsibility for your situation the end of free market capitalism?

When commentators go on auto-pilot like McCoy and Asay, their voices become irrelevant.

Shrub was a wanderer, he went what ever direction the last idea someone bounced off of his brain sent him.

Love the Russian flag. All hail the great Obama. No longer is it for the love of country it is for the love of government!
Naw Dale I do not think he is a Muslim he is to much into self love. Being the chosen one rises you above a little thing called religion.

Let’ see Anthony says McCoy doesn’t know what happened durin ght Bush years. Hmmm…okay,
The national debt increased $4.4 trillion during Bush’s 8 years in office..
Obama has spent 36 billion A DAY since he took office, more than Bush’s 7 years on the war etc. At this rate he’ll make Bush look like a penny pinching miser.
But you go ahead and live in your fantasy world. I’ll probably be paying off your house for you and paying your health insurance.

The good news for conservatives is that the left’s hatred for them will eventually be overcome when the reality of what Obama is doing comes into focus.
Of course, I’m joking. The left will pin it on Bush, global warming, or the spotted owl.

Considering the average American owes over $8000 in credit card debt, it makes perfect sense that many American are CLUELESS about the fact that Obama is spending us into oblivion. After all, so many Americans don’t know how to handle money themselves. Is this the government relfecting it’s people or the other way around.
BTW, as a conservative, I’m proud to say I pay my credit card bills every month and owe nothing.

eardroppings, it’s not the left the right should be worried about… it’s the majority in the middle! The GOP screwed up big time and can’t blame the others this time!

etocme, what’s with the fairness doctrine still? Do you not read the news? It’s dead. The Democratic congress killed it. Obama says he doesn’t want to revive it. Get over yourself.

That’s it focus of the splinter in the eye of the GOP and ignore the plank in the eye of the Democrats.
    Good going.

If McCain and Palin had been elected I would need to be on Prozac to get through the day. The last 8 years of Bush just were so depressing. I thought after Viet Nam this country would think before jumping into a war like Iraq. Not so. Now we as a people have to hang together to get out of this mess.

Republicans and Democrats both contributed to the current economic crisis. Having the temerity to deny any culpability is infuriating, but the Democrats have the perfect fall-guy in Bush. That will last only so long. I hope for the country’s sake that Obama is not another Carter, because I am not sure the country could take two abysmal presidents in a row.

A thing I have not understood is why the neocon’s favorite economic model (the free market etc.) is called neoliberalism. But it is certainly a bankrupt model at this time.

Gee, it must suck to be you. Personally, i could give a flying fork at a rolling donut which Bozo is in the white house. I go to work every day and do my best to be “responsible” and figure political types will do what they’ve always done, cover their own assets.
