   And Tindog… wtf?! Unless you haven’t heard about it… he does indeed have a homeless brother in Africa. I had to google this ‘toon. I guess w/o that context this could be viewed as a racist statement (i.e. all black people have a homeless person in their family.)

   Lalas, this is actually not true. George Obama is neither homeless, nor destitute. CNN actually spoke to the man, unlike the Italian Vanity Fair writer that first made the claims.    These “cartoonists” generally reflect thier publisher’s political philosophy. In this case some jerkwater paper in Bellview Illinois. If they dont draw cartoons reflecting that philosophy, they are looking for another job quickly.

    I don’t see what race has to do w/ this particular ‘toon? Obama DOES have a homeless half-brother on his father’s side (the father that abandon him at a young age so who cares about that side of the family). So I repeat… what does race have to do with this ‘toon?

    How can any of you say this is a racist cartoon? I’m so tired of any critism of Obama being filed under racism. I’m starting to believe that the people who cry racism for every thing are in fact the true racists. What else would looking for racism in everything in the world be?

    If you truly think this cartoon is racist you have absolutely no capability to understand pretty much anything.
