Yet another great cartoon from McCoy. I love how Obama and Pelosi flip-flopped on this issue too.
Oh and lalas, I guess we should wait for them to actually develop these alternatives you speak of (since there is no viable alt just yet) all the while paying more than we should be on the fuel solution we already have?
Please, all of the above is the most logical way to go on this problem.

Oh, and Bob, unfortunately you are right about Obama’s new view. But here’s a thought: why don’t we put some RESOURCES into developing alternatives, instead of just drilling for more oil and hoping all the other problems just go away? The bill Obama supports includes BOTH of these options.
