   The cartoon is not offensive. The beliefs of the the man depicted in the cartoon are!

   The “Stem Cells R Us Annual Convention”? Er…really, now?

   Worth checking out the link to the New Media Journal, though, for a fine example of dispassionate and professional journalistic standards. The “Hate Mail” section is particularly illuminating. This is really Rush Limbaugh stuff–it gets people who like to get really worked up, well, really worked up, without much other point to it ultimately.

   As far as McCoy is concerned, I usually find him talented and pretty funny despite not agreeing with him about anything, but I must say on Obama he’s really been reaching recently ;-)

   Who wants to bet Go Comics are going to withdraw the comments function sometime soon? This is all going to get totally out of hand!
