I learned a lot about tai chi in the movie “Twin Warriors.” Evidently it involves spinning on wires quite a bit.

Miyagi Karate is the best for dealing with bullies. Israeli Krav Maga is good too. Brazilian Capoeira. Or learn several martial arts and mash them up, which is what Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan did.
