I think Moon’s watching somebody playing Plinko on The Price Is Right in P3.

John Pascoe, aka Poor Sweet Baby, seems well aware of why he doesn’t speak. That doesn’t seem to add up somehow. At least Gil has reclaimed his desk chair from Kaz.

Meanwhile, Chip and Hamani lie hospitalized for two weeks, the victims of a mysterious car-flipping plot device. But so long as it brings John and Angie closer…

I’ve had the same thought. The wreck either happened in the parking lot or on the street right outside the restaurant. How could they possibly get up enough speed to overturn? If someone hit them hard enough to knock their car on its roof while they were standing still or barely moving, everyone involved would probably be dead.

I don’t recall any damage to the car other than it being dull side up – but there was braking of something involved.

Maybe they were attempting a “Back to the Future” event and hit a parking bumper.

Clearly a case of the fourth law of comidynamics. A body at rest remains at rest until acted upon by a desperate writer.

    or something.

Being upside down is not the same as dead. I walked away from one. (I did have to crawl out a window.) I could have walked the 100 yards home, but the cops insisted on driving me. I did not think it prudent to start an argument with them.

I saw a crash at a dirt-track race this summer where a guy hit a fence and the car landed on its back. He wasn’t hurt. But not only was the car designed for such a circumstance, you could see how it happened. He was going over 100 mph. Chip and Hamani were leaving a parking space.

Milford’s playing for some other team’s championship! This is as close to actual “success” as they’ve come in a long time.

Sooo….with two losses, Milfoford is out of contention for the playdowns. Terry Gallagher probably has played rugby, why not let him play RB? Once again, it’s up to the gritty, gutty, humble Mike Hayes and the two way Troys to save the day. Moonpie adheres to the late, great Dan Rowan credo, “I’ll drink to that!”

P1 – Making up? When did they have a fight?
P2 – Oh Gil, you coaching genius. Let’s run a variety of two plays with the same player the whole game, they’ll never stop it.

Brilliant plan Gil! Why did they bother to suit up Tip?

P2 disturbs me. I can’t figure out if Kaz is standing on Gil’s desk or just really trying to get a peek at what Gil actually puts in that personalized mug.

Same here — I too walked away unscathed from a flipover. The car went all the way over and ended up on its right side. Hooray for Seatbelts, one of which i dangled in sideways for several minutes. Then, with help from some nice folks who stopped, i got unhooked & crawled out the sunroof.
