C’mon, man. I called this back when the little homunculus first escaped Darby’s grasp and went lumbering down the produce aisle.

It just occurred to me, was yesterday’s strip supposed to be in Mimi’s office at school? If so, what was Darby doing there? Seems like she would have just called Mimi, since she’s not a Milford student.

Knox might be spreading himself a little thin. Isn’t he supposed to be preparing for the court of Gil?

Sorry Mr. Wise Guy, but not everyone who slips and falls in a public business decides to play con artist and sue them for all that they can get. Most people in fact feel that they fell because they were a simple klutz. Her baby got a way from her and she slipped and fell in the disaster he caused. How is that the fault of the store?

unfortunately there a many anwers to that. Having a precarious display within reach of a child would be one. I guess they didn’t expect Jaxon to be the size of a 10 year old. Their bad. I’m with you KA.

The kid knocks over the Gummi-thing display. Darby’s maternal instincts take over and she apparently slips on one of the tubular containers and breaks her pitching wrist. Does any panel depict willful supermarket negligence? In my humble opinion, it’s just another in a series of Gummi related events, the ’64 Phillies, the ’86 Red Sox and the Chernobyl meltdown.
