But when was the last time Scott saw the peacock? As far as readers know, he’s only seen him twice. Even allowing for time passing more slowly in the strip, it’s been at least a week since Scott last saw his brother — er, the peacock.

They forgot the quotation marks on “meet the peacock”- and
I don’t think I need to add "if you know what I mean ".
They’re not really dressed to be out walking in a blizzard in P2.

After watching an episocde of “Baretta”, Mia, with a pencil thin moustache that would make Jimmy Buffett jealous, should lower her expectations and keep her eye on the sparrow.

P1 – “That’s what she said!”
P2 – “That’s what she said!”
P3 – “That’s what she said!”

“I need to meet the peacock?” Neal and Rod are just lobbing up softballs for the wise crackers on the message board.

I believe Meet The Peacock is hosted by David Gregory.

If this story line was placed into mid nineteeth century America, they would be seeing the Elephant, not a mere peacock. Many a Civil War soldier would write home after his first combat experience stating that he had finally seen ‘The Elephant’.
