Bucky is so adorable in his drawer with his socks, even on his tail.

How he managed to make the ugliest cat in the world cute in that first panel is beyond me.

Gravity is just a theory, like evolution.

The last panel looks like Bucky is in a coffin to be honest.

And still a re-run………not as fun or cute the second time around. STILL no excuse given for it.

It’s because Darby is unable to meet deadlines, for whatever reason.

Does anyone know how the syndicate feels about this? I have to imagine that they’re getting fed up with D.C.’s constant tardiness.

Mr. Conley puts more into one strip than most cartoonists put in three or four strips. I like the new ones, but the oldies are still goodies. I’d rather have reruns of Get Fuzzy than no Get Fuzzy at all.

    Agreed!
Maybe, however, Darby can sneak a new one into this thread telling us what happens to Satchel’s doll, presumably still out in the puddle?

They were harder on Bucky seeing as how he is a repeat offender….

Good cartoons are art, meant to be seen and read more than just once, and can be appreciated even more each time. I re-read my old Get Fuzzy books, not throw them out. And it’s better to maintain quality than sacrifice it for quantity.
