His big mouth got him in trouble again.

In real life, the car would be impounded and the officer would take them to the station. After that, they are on their own for transportation! PS: They would probably let them make a couple of phone calls for that purpose.

Still no question of the license.

So the officer DID ask for the license! We simply weren’t shown that part of the story.

Is “failure to communicate” a real charge? I can believe it, but I would think I’d have heard of it. But then there are 50 states and hundreds of thousands of municipalities.

Come on, Jim. Use that handy-dandy eraser of yours and put Chubby out of his misery (and ours) for good.

Being a total jerk: priceless.

failure to communicate is a law in most states though it may be worded diffrently. Iowa has a law that says basically failure to produce proper documents (registartion proof of insurance ect.) it is normally issued to people like chubby who stall or try to for what ever reason not cooperate with the officer. Now i need my coffee not fully awake

@pschearer
“Failure to Communicate” can be formal way of summarizing turning/changing lanes without using your signal. You have failed to communicate your intention to other drivers.
Night-Gaunt49 said, 4 months ago
He should be arrested and the car impounded.
