I’ve noticed that every once in a while, this is a really slapped-together strip. Whenever this character shows up, the writing comes right out of joke books (Milton Berle’s two massive books should be in every reference library). Same with that madcap comedy team of Joel & Rufus. Could go on for weeks…..
