   You know if you try a diet that doesn’t contain anything with soy or corn products, you won’t be able to eat much of anything. Even the meat that you buy in the grocery was fed with corn.

   Best diet that I know is “eat until you are not hungry, NOT until you are full”. When I do this , it works (wish I did it more often).

    Sim eat very small meal inbetween way you will not pig out. But what would Clovia and rest do if Slim did slim down no one could make comments about him.

    There is a diet soda that matches the zero calories, zero caffeine, and zero sodium in its description whose name comes close to the ‘Diet Riot’ in its name. Its flavors are very good with white grape soda and tangerine soda. However, I want the caffeine and they quit distributing that drink in this region. What poor marketing: quit selling the best tasting diet cola because of poor sales due to inconsistent supply to vendors.
