    I hear what axe-grinder is saying, but still, everyone in school will be saying that Boog has to hide behind a girl.
    BTW, it’s good to see a story arc with some of the other characters. I was afraid that Jim had decided to make this a Slim and Clovia strip.

    For bullies it is a school and parents matter not the child’s. As an adult it would be the police and the courts matter over harassment and assault.

    I knew a kid that faced that for a couple of years, but somewhere between the 7th and 8th grade; he grew a set of b*lls and started whooping every one of those bullies one by one. Next years were fun….. :D

    And as annoying and exasperating as it is for someone in his position, Boog will nonetheless have to learn to fight his own battles. If he doesn’t, that problem will continue indefinitely.
