Let’s hope this time they don’t succeed in throwing her out again. This is dragging on wayyyyyyy too long.

Love the “idea” light bulb on the kitty in the first panel. Cats are SMART!

I have to be honest this storyline bored me at first, but now I am curious how it will end. For me to go to the website and post a comment……..it is a rarity. But let’s get to where either Byrd will either be happy to see Gertie or tell her he is married to another.

What’s kitty doing without Rufus?? Rufus must be inside watching the show too. Thanks, JanCinVV: I didn’t even notice the cat until you brought it up.

A little guerrilla warfare seems to be called for in this situation.

Gertie’s adding littering to her list of misdemeanors!

@kab2rb
During WW1 a Sgt. York when on the front lines in Europe, did a similar thing. When all was very quiet, he gobbled like a turkey, the enemy in response popped their heads up to see what the funny noise was, and POW.

Devonshade, what do you mean? Bombastic? I mean, I know what it means, but how are you using it here? Thurston Howell the III is bombastic. Rush Limbaugh is bombastic. But describing an artistic style? I don’t get it. I’m sure it’s something about art I dont understand. Not trying to be a smartass, just curious.

I missed the light bulb, too, as well as the possibility that this is Rufus’s cat! Thanks for pointing out these details that I missed due to the multi-leveled general bombast!
