Those automated attendants will get you every time…and why doesn’t old lard butt have a sandwich in his hand? He has plenty of time on hold. I wonder what he is complaining about?

Another sunday strip of SOS – the same old stuff. I always go looking for Walt or some of the originals. Haven’t we seen enough of Slim lately?

Ah, progress. Remember the old days when you would call a business and actually talk to a human being?

Hey, gocomics, where’s the Monday strip? If I have to look at belly fat ads, I want a new strip.

I think I like the voice-activated request lines even worse. The slightest bit of background noise throws them off. “I’m sorry, I didn’t understand your request.” People stare as I walk past yelling, “RIGHT!” into the phone…

Having trouble getting today’s strip up?

Are you kidding? imrobert, I haven’t seen a strip since Thursday. Don’t get me wrong, guys, you’re great people, but without the visuals, your comments aren’t makeing much sense….

If you are a paid customer for Dell you can (for an extra fee) sign up to talk someone they tout as “an agent from North America”! Blows my mind that you pay one price for a tech in Mumbai and a higher price if you actually want to understand the DSel;l tech.

Maybe I shouldn’t say this but the Houston Chronicle website has a great comic selection including Gasoline Alley. They are always up to date but they don’t do sunday’s strip.
