   That’s the wrong order too. It was Japheth, Shem and Ham. But I agree that waitress needs to just speak English and lose the lingo since he doesn’t understand it.

   As for why no food has left the kitchen we already know the answer to that.

   Levi-Strauss said that Ham castrated Noah. I’ve read the passage, never happened.
