    Amen brother, ever see a country that’s economy is ruined, I have and if you care about the environment you will vote to fix the economy. If not hope you like living outside of a landfill.

    F-22, F-35(alone $1.2 TRILLION), Afghanistan, Iraq, Grenada, Panama, lots of red, and much of the debt run up by Republican administrations is blood. (BTW, the deficits have been declining, but not enough to stop the rise in “debt”, which of course, the far greatest proportion is owed to U.S. interests, like, well BANKS, so it’s at least in our own back yard.)

    If he was, the pseudo-conservatives would stop complaining about the deficit and Republicans would continue running large budget deficits, as they had while G W Bush was President.

    WBR: “W” debt 2009 (last budget year) $11.95 Trillion. 2010: they finally started counting Iraq and Afghan wars: $12.561 Trillion. Thats another 6..8 directly attributable to Bush/Cheney, then you can add in the 3.5 to 6 trillion additional in eventual costs of just Iraq.

    Antarctic sea ice is up slightly, land ice is down slightly, and both sides only want to point out the data in their favor. Meh.

    The ice loss trend in Antarctica started about 15 million years ago.

    Funny thing about climate change is that it apparently preceded republicans, which is a very inconvenient, umm… fact.

    Libnuts are busy trying to prove the Koch brothers are actually 15 million years old and caused this to happen I’m sure.

    @Cycle Surfer

    Antarctic sea ice is seasonal and gone every summer, whereas land ice is actually disappearing rapidly along with the multiyear ice in the Arctic – and you are smugly sitting and ignoring the data. Shame on you.
