Is anybody believing he’s trying to destroy us yet?!

If Congress wants to save millions quickly all they have to do is ground Air Force One. Obama spends nearly 2/3s of his time traveling from vacation to speech and back to vacation again. It costs 180,000 PER HOUR just for Air Force One. People seem to forget that a whole fleet of Air Force aircraft are a part of every trip. His last vacation to Hawaii cost us taxpayers (you know, those 50% that actually pay taxes) over 4 million dollars.

Go Sequester!! Cutting a drop from a bucket won’t make any difference. No one is going to lose their job over this, folks.

The govt is hiring like crazy, but people are being released from jail because of the sequester? Yet another no common sense approach from the white house.

The level of ignorance expressed byt his srowd is numbing. Vacation time? Seriously? and “no one losing their job”? In the air force base near my house over 2000 workers will be furloughed 1 day a week, a 20% pay cut. techincally, not alay off, but what about all the local businesses who will no longer be frequented by those 2000 poorer workers? have you even bothered to read the lists of who will suffer? Of course not.

Do YOU take a look at the debt you are running up? Does it make you think about your next purchase? Do you say gee I want that flat screen TV but I’ll have to charge it and I already have a 12K balance so I need to get them to raise the limit or open a new card ….maybe I should forego the new expense. Isn’t that a good reason to look at your debt accumulation? Or do you hide your head in the sand, ignore the rising tide of debt, put those statements in the bottom of the file and pretend they don’t exist? If that is true you MUST be a democrat just like Waters and Ellison.Quick! Hide the truth! Maybe it will just go away by itself………LOL

So would you rather have a 20% pay cut now or be laid off in a year?
And how many of those shops in the community will close down? Maybe it will only effect the “pole” dancers in that area. Maybe the families will eat out one day less a month now. Maybe they will not go on vacation out of state this year but stay in the local area. OH that’s right vacations don’t count.

Bruce, I think you will find this article interesting. It is a Libertarian columnist and he makes some very interesting points about sequestration.

At the time, these cuts were described as so huge as to be “Too Big to Allow you the fail us!”
.
Now the right figures, “Meh, consequences schmonsequences, as long as I’m rich!”
.
The right has played this game before again and again and EVERYTIME, they lose. Ask Newt Gingrich what happen to Republicans when he shut down government back in the ‘90s.
.
It was the end of him!
.
It will be the end of Beohner. And Republicans will say (as they say when all of their leaders fail) “Beohner who?” (George Bush who? Newt Gingrich Who? Tom Delay Who? Richard Nixon Who? George W Bush Who? Donald Rumsfeld Who? Dan Quayle Who? Chris Christy Who? Rudy Gulianni Why?) And then they’ll insist that the reason for their failure was that last guy, not the policies of the party.
.
Hey, it’s your right to be stupid. It’s your right to say things that are ridiculous, and it is our right and obligation to ridicule what you say.

LOL what a great read. Too bad most of those that need a little truth won’t read it.

So it is Pres. Obama all by his lonesome? It was a bi-partisan effort to bring us down so that the Plutocrats can rule us directly.

Correction we all pay taxes, there are many of them. Even the very poor. Just that 47% don’t have income tax to pay—-they are TOO POOR. Unlike the rich who don’t pay any taxes. What is there reason?
