   The egos have really messed up the whole industry, world-wide, in all “formulas”, but Tony was by far the worst, well maybe tied with Bernie in F-1.

   Yep, it’s why I find the depth and breadth of people’s experience and knowledge base exposed in their commentaries. I was really surprised to see Varvel come up with this one.

   “Driving by the seat of his pants.” Yes, you are right I have no idea what this is about. Varvel toons for Indianapolis, that might be why he covered the racing part. Now, who are the chicks driving?

   It’s about the international racing organizations, and that they’ve been going through some big shakeups in management, and car/factory owners getting bent on rule changes etc. Tony George got kicked off the Indy Racing league position. I think the ladies might either be drivers ex-wives- or the ladies like Danica Patrick, Sarah Fisher, Duno and others who are entering the field, and doing pretty well.

   I’ve lived in several areas that are normally considered “Redneck” regions. They often make exceptions for sports figures; however, those exceptions are limited in scope.
