This $1.8 trillion deficit figure comes from FY2009.
Who wrote the budget for FY2009 again?

The defecit for the 2009 budget was estimated at $611 billion. This comic is refering to the 2010 budget proposed by Obama.

Does it also reflect the over halving of the deficit by 2013?
And did that $611 billion reflect ‘off budget’ costs that are now ‘on budget’?

Halving a 1.8 trillion dollar defecit is still about 2 times more than the 2009 defecit. Please realize that promising to half something that you QUADRUPLED is still ripping off the tax payers.
