Stupid toon. I get the point he’s trying to make, but did a really poor job of it. I remember the old Sears? JCPenney? Wish Book catalogs that came out before Christmas. We kids all did the same thing as the one in the toon: browse through it and dream about getting all those cool toys. Did we get them all? No. By the same token, will the states get all their wished-for stimulus? No. They can ask for the moon, and they’ll get what they get. And the problem with that is???
