   Rarely do I buy clothes without my wife’s input. I think it’s sort of like branding livestock. Other women see how I’m dressed and know that I’m taken.

    By the way, back in the early 1960s, I had a red, white and blue plaid sport coat.

    I don’t wear suits and I have one sport coat and it is just light brown in color. I haven’t worn it in years.

    There are a few things my ex bought me that are on the do not wear list.
    My lady friend an I are in the process of going through all of our clothes for Goodwill donations.
    I’m enjoying the fashion show as she tries things on to see how they look and fit.

    I’ll take all the help I can get, thank you very much. At least my wardrobe is better than Jon’s.

    There’s another saying, something like this: “God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the strength to change the things I can” (and I’m thinking those clothes need to be changed!), “and the wisdom to know the difference.” :))

    Before you donate to the Goodwill, you might want to consider another form of recycling (such as using the clothes as cleaning clothes) for the do not wear items. This will help protect others from making obvious fashion don’ts.

    BTW I applaud you on recycling your clothes.
