    Jon needs to follow the example of the famous ancient
    wrestler Milo of Croton. As a lad he lifted a young bull
    calf on his shoulders. Ever day he did this growing stronger as the bull grew and became heavier, until one day he could
    lift with ease the full bull on his shoulder. He won 6 Olympic crowns in wrestling over a 25 year period. If Jon worked at
    it someday he could pick up Garfield.
