The thing is, though, that you need a remote to access all the higher memory functions of the TV and the DVR (or DVD/VCR combo, for those of us still stuck in the 20th Century!).

The first tv I bought was supposed to have a remote, but the girls’ dog chewed it up. Jingling a hand full of change would change the channel. Still had to get up and manually turn it on or off. She wouldn’t give me the change, tho. Said I had to come up with it myself.

Jon knows where it is. You see it too. When your viewing ambition overcomes your lethargy 1) you WILL go and dig it up with your own little paws. 2) Or you will sit there and mope with no entertainment. 3) Or you could kick Odie and make him go do it.
Only one of these three plans is sensible!
Go and do it!

Sounded like Odie killed someone and bit his femur bone off.

I’m just guessing mind you,but I fear the programming will be postponed until,in this game of chance, the card most important to turn up is the Ace of Spades ( Ace is the Place where Jon bought the Spade). Jon’ll be needing it for the retrieving of the remote so that the programing may be continued for both pet and master. ( there IS some doubt mind, about which of the two pictured is actually pet and which is master;and THAT question will be totally rendered mute if the lovely Liz should grace this scene with her presents.
