What a cat! A cat for all seasons. Sassy. Opinionated. This lasagna loving, mailman chasing, sarcastic cat is a classic that readers love. Garfield, Odie and Jon will leave you wanting a daily dose of this beloved bunch! Garfield’s crafty talent with words and sneaky preference for practical jokes often leave his owner, Jon - and us - speechless, and always wanting more.

The stubble is a nice touch Mr. Davis, I know you do these strips weeks in advance but maybe revisit this look and see what Liz might think.

@Bruno Zeigerts
He’d turn into the Green Hornet (with Odie as Kato).

Aye Bruno,I should think " The flight of the Bumblebee" would bee my first guess. Lucky for us all Garf isn’t big enough to eat you know what, that would give us a showing of “the Elephant Walk”. Or is He?

He hardly even do the strip these days he(and his crew of unimaginative) does a small sketch then send it off to his team of inkes and letters then it goes to the team of colorist finally it gets sent to get published in New York then in your papers. Yeesh.

Garfield continues to be a great start to each of my days. Hats off to Jim Davis and his staff. (I’ve also been told he is a great guy to work for.) Garfield is one of the positive American icons.

I sleptwalked (is that even a word?) once. I was watching tv late at night, the next thing I realize, I’m in my bed, in my pajamas, with the covers over me, and I swear to this day I have no memory of doing any of that. My roommate told me later on that I closed my eyes for a bit, then got up and walked towards my room. She also said I stumbled a lot.

No wonder there were earth tremors on this side of the Atlantic. It was the Dance of the Sugar Plump Feline!

And I thought Garfield was already doing “The Baby Elephant Walk”. I loved playing that song way back in High School Pep Band!
