    Egg Nog.

    1 cup milk (whole milk only) (or use cereal cream,10% milk fat, for richer taste)
    .
    1 tablespoon of honey or sugar
    .
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (real only not artificial)
    .
    nutmeg or cinnamon to taste
    .
    Blend everything together.
    .
    One bland serving.
    .
    1 oz. rum (or more) optional.
    .
    One tasty serving.
