What a cat! A cat for all seasons. Sassy. Opinionated. This lasagna loving, mailman chasing, sarcastic cat is a classic that readers love. Garfield, Odie and Jon will leave you wanting a daily dose of this beloved bunch! Garfield’s crafty talent with words and sneaky preference for practical jokes often leave his owner, Jon - and us - speechless, and always wanting more.

You can’t blame this on Garfield.

Love the loss of hair effect there Jon.
Moral of this strip (not what happened to Jon) is “How not to act on a date.”

This is so hilarious. Obvious to us but not Jon is … having to carry a pager for your table reservation. Have to do this at Olive Garden whenever there are big lines all the time.

Liz is one patient woman.

Jon is so suave. And such a sensitive guy.

She’s usually so patient with him but this time shows she may be running out of patience. “A bag for my head” sounds like a good idea. Jon will you get dressed now?
Susan001 said, 2 months ago
Shouldn’t this one be on “Garfield Minus Garfield”?

Hmmm… how much longer will Liz put up with this guy?

Sometimes we just fall for the goofy ones. I know I did. :) Love you, baby!

An excellent comic strip - probably helped by the absence of that fat cat!

Sometimes, I’ve been startled when one of those things went off in my hand. But, I can say proudly I did not FREAK OUT!
Thank you Jon for lowering the bar…

One must wonder if Liz has dated before Jon, and if so, what must that guy have been like.

I thought I was the only one that still used a pager

Liz’s face is too cute for a doggy bag….

I wonder how Jon got Liz to go out with him

Maybe it was Garfield paging Jon knowing that he left him home alone while he took Liz to dinner.

Love Jon’s new ‘do, or should I say ‘don’t? But…OMG, I am LMFAO!!!!!

Hey, I can relate to John,,Had that happen to me,,turned out to be my cell phone on vibrate mode,in my shirt pocket over my heart,,quit wearing shirts with pockets,,LOL
EarlWash said, 2 months ago
Just imagine what the situation may have been like if Jon had put the pager in his pants pocket!
battycomic said, 2 months ago
I’ll bet there would’ve been some pretty interesting dance moves happening, EarlWash.
comixavier said, 2 months ago
Why couldn’t be Jon’s cell phone set to vibrate? They now double as pagers when you reach the answering machine. After you reach the voice mail’s message (like “You’ve reached Jon. Leave a message.”), another recording can tell you to press a specific number in order to page the person you’re calling.

He’s lucky he’s not in a Cell for indecent exposure

C’mon, Tigger. Remember, this is Jon. Indecent exposure of WHAT?
