What a cat! A cat for all seasons. Sassy. Opinionated. This lasagna loving, mailman chasing, sarcastic cat is a classic that readers love. Garfield, Odie and Jon will leave you wanting a daily dose of this beloved bunch! Garfield’s crafty talent with words and sneaky preference for practical jokes often leave his owner, Jon - and us - speechless, and always wanting more.

Garfield is living the good life. How could he be bored, upset or sleepy?

See the comments following Jor-el–Garfield is always upset on Monday (many of us can empathise with him on the week’s “five Mondays”)

Yes Garfield, it’s time to simplify your life. One at a time. Sort of zen, you know.

Sigh! I know Garfield hates Monday Blue!
Ji2m said, 5 months ago
What about Monday is different from any other day for Garfield? He doesn’t have a job… Is his loathing for Mondays a show of solidarity with the proletariat? Can he not get lasagna delivered on Mondays? Maybe there’s nothing worth watching on TV on Mondays…

Hey Garfield, could be worse! Come work with me doing support for tax collection systems!

Bored, upset, sleepy. Only these three to choose from ? I can’t believe it.

My conclusion Ji2m is that Garfield divides the week into 3 days–Monday (which is 120 hours), Saturday (24 hours) and Sunday (remaining 24)–though admit that his not working does put some hole in that theory.
