Maybe she’s a cut above the rest.

Everybody look out, because I’m going to speak my mind. I normally think most Garfield comic strips are cool, but this one shouldn’t have seen the light of day. I love blonde girls more than anything, so I find this to be blasphemy of the lowest order. How dare you get that man’s hopes up so high about a beautiful blonde woman being in love with him, only to have all his hope and confidence shattered? It’s bad enough for him being lonely and single already, so why build him up just so you can shoot him down? And if you have to shoot him down, don’t do it by making her into a brutal, psychopathic killer! Just show her merely rejecting him, and making him sad and heartbroken. Keep her realistic and human, for Christ’s sake! Don’t make her out to be a little Hitler. And whoever heard of an 11-foot woman anyway?

I know – I probably sound like I’m overreacting, but that’s how upsetting it is for me to see a cute blonde making a guy think she’ll be the greatest thing that ever happened to him, then going and doing the exact polar opposite.

Not only do you sound like you are overreacting, its a joke. GET OVER IT. Your just a whiny brat because of a little joke? Comics are not real life. If you had an IQ, you could tell that none of the stuff in these comics is realistic. So why do you think you have the audacity to say to “keep” things realistic? God.
