"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

Seems like this young lady has some kind of rescue fantasy she’s trying to act out, and I guess when she looks at me, she sees a wounded bird in need of rescuing.
This is all very codependent, but I think I can work with it.
In light of these issues, the language barrier seems moot.

The “Forwarders” video, starring Phlox, is a hoot. I’ve forwarded it to my entire email list.

Forwarders was amusing, but it was also very 1998. The modern culprits are not 74 years old and they’re not using e-mail.
I have hip, cool, “with it” people in their twenties and thirties on my Facebook friends list who make Betty look like a Mensa candidate by comparison.
It’s just amazing to me how many people out there never think to check Snopes before re-sharing unsourced crap on Facebook.

Re: blog…………………
“Oh, Paul. Why?”
I wish I had a dollar for every time I sighed that phrase. He broke my heart when he got married. I’ve never been the same. ……………….. sniffle……………..
