    I haven’t a clue about the sauce. You can Google ‘yakitori sauce’, but scarcely any of them are the same. I’d bet dimes to doughnuts or yen to manju, that each maker has his own recipe and has let the sauce mature over years.

    As for the taste, believe me, you can eat just one. YUMMY!
