"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

What could be in the gloom of the darkend room?
Could it be a body? A hottie? Or maybe a hot toddy?
Who knows what evil lurkes in the shadowy corners of little girls’ living quarters?

What’s the difference between a Mercedes and a dead body? She doesn’t have a Mercedes in her garage.

Teresa,
The album cover is the most disturbing thing you’ve posted in weeks. I know I’m going to have nightmares.

The album cover? I’m more disturbed at the thought of having the nearly painless “Admiral” inserted in me!!

Maybe she’s hiding a funny dead duck!

Ottod, did you find out which of the tones sings bass?
As for John Wayne, it sure is lonely up in the saddle since his old horse went and died.

That album cover is one of the most funny things I’ve seen Teresa come up with. I can’t imagine the person who took the photo for it, keeping a straight face, “here kid, put this on your head and smile” LMFAO!
