"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

This is apparently some sort of secret code or cipher.

He needs those rabbit ears to pick up the show.

Hmmm I can think of 2 spheres I’d like to touch. Repeatedly. With impassioned consent, of course…

Apparently itisme is a devout DonKnottsist and does Knott, I mean not, appreciate any kind of humor leveled at him.
“There is no Sheriff but Andy and Don Knotts is his Deputy” is the mantra of a true DonKnottsist.
Don Knotts loves me, this I know,
For Sheldon Leonard tells me so.
We are weak and he is strong,
On the reruns all day long.

If that’s a minus 726, I get 3638. Don’t know what that means either………
ransomknotts said, 27 days ago
@itisme: It’s pretty obvious that Teresa loves Don Knotts. Who doesn’t love Don Knotts? Why else would she put him in her strip? And what does getting old have to do with reading this strip? How OLD are you? You’ll be back soon. We always come back. We’re all hooked.
And Mr. Knotts isn’t really my uncle– but we MIGHT be related somehow!

@ghostquestion: it looks like old paper. That “minus sign” is probably just a blemish on the paper.

Just wandered by and stopped in - I like it, so I’ll take itisme’s place, so there will be no diminution in numbers.
(I think “5090” must be the answer to “What is the number between 5089 and 5091 which is NOT a prime number”)

All those 2012 believers are full of hooey. The world actually ended in the year 5090 BCE.
