"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

Perhaps it would be best to reveal nothing.

Teresa has been channeling M. C. Escher on her blog today (“Hands’)
Very, very good.

…I used to make a secret wish every time I saw a cardinal….now I’ve changed the wish to just the opposite…

I’ve been to Philadelphia, Tn. Never thought I’d see it mentioned in a stream of consciousness comic.

I wanna join barticle35 and mention Ruth Wallis as well… it was way cool that you put her up over at the Frog Blog… as an artist she was at times risqué and rife with double entendre… a good role model I’m sure… maybe someday you’ll also be banned in Boston… or in the very least mentioned in The PhiladelpiaTennessee Ledger…
Oh, her praise is sweetly sung;
She must have eaten oysters when she was young.
Fellas come and fellas go;
They come real fast but they go real slow.

the comic strip and the comments are all very confusing…
so I guess I AM the crazy one!
judyparka said, 2 months ago
nighthawks: some comments are about today’s FA, other comments pertain to material on Teresa’s blog. People who read both aren’t bleeep confused.

oops. I think I spelled ‘as’ with two s’s.
