"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

We don’t have to walk, we could just put our hands in each other’s pockets.

re the uniform thing.. think that’s either Mormon or “turn of the Century” undies… is that really you on the right MzD? read it fast at first and thought you wrote something else (p???s) which didn’t make sense at all, but was fun… being Dyslexic means finding humor in strange places, sometimes when it isn’t even there…..

@ 4deerinmyyard & plight -
On 4deer’s comment, I went back to read the poem…..
WOW plight. May I use the Eddie Izzard version of the word “awesome” to describe it? Because I’d really like to. :)
